This week we learned a little bit of genre. Main differences between them.
Watched many photos and videos.
Was quite interesting, though these things seem obvious, such as that lighting in a teenage musical is different (brighter, shinier) from a black and white detective film (usually with only one strong light or two). And also costumes and make-up, characters and acting.
Actually, they are quite obvious... the elements of Genre. But I am hoping that by studying them you will get a sense of how to use them in your videos. Especially character, which is so important in a video performance.
